How AIIA works

AIIA combines thermoelectric energy harvesting, ultra-low-power wireless hardware and cloud intelligence so you can instrument assets that were never economical to monitor before.

Step 1 · Harvest

Turn waste heat into power

A small thermoelectric module clamps to a hot surface—an engine block, steam line, or compressor head. The temperature difference between the asset and ambient air generates micro-watts of power.

Works anywhere with a temperature gradient. No wiring, no external power.
Step 2 · Sense

Measure critical conditions

Our sensor node samples temperature and system health on a configurable schedule, buffers energy in a supercapacitor, and sends encrypted packets via Wi-Fi or low-power radio.

Edge logic learns “normal” warm-up and cooldown profiles per asset.
Step 3 · Automate

Analyze, alert, and act

Data flows into AIIA Cloud or your existing BMS/SCADA. We detect drift, anomalies and risk conditions, then trigger alerts, work orders or automated responses.

REST API, webhooks, and integrations for your maintenance and analytics stack.
